Teacher Candidate Orientation
Year One and Year Two Teacher Candidates will participate in a series of mandatory
orientation sessions held during the first weeks of the Fall term. These sessions are designed to
help acclimate Teacher Candidates to the program. Teacher Candidates will participate in
interactive team-building activities, meet course instructors and Practicum Advisors, and have
opportunities to learn about available resources at Laurier to support their journey to becoming an
Ontario Certified Teacher.
Prerequisites: Registration status: B.Ed. program.
